Hello, I have a Samsung CLP300 color laser printer.It started to skip black toner when printing, so it prints all black and white text, but the vertical stripes lack print intensity.In some places, a piece of text is gray, in others it is almost white.It is clear from the manual that the cartridge is low on toner.So I bought a new black toner, replaced it, but the problem is still there.It says the toner is almost full.Otherwise, this does not appear at all with other colors.Only in black.So I temporarily solve it by converting the texts in word to dark blue, for example, and that's it - but I can't put everything in word and remake it in a complicated way - I want to fix it.Thank you for your help.The CLP 300 has a separate toner cartridge and photo drum.So there are several possibilities: 1/ the photo cylinder has gone - it has a relatively short service life.2/ either the photo drum or the toner cartridge are not seated correctly.Solution: Take both out.Try to carefully clean the drum with a piece of soft flannel and put it back.Shake the toner cartridge, see if there is a piece of sticker left on the bottom, and put it on as well.Try printing and if the problem persists, the photo drum will probably need to be replaced.take out the toner and "shake" it in the axis of the cylinder, from side to side, so that the toner is distributed evenly.Then it will print the same everywhere for a while.If the photo drum is gone, it won't help much.And if not, that moment will last until the cartridge is empty.Unfortunately, this is a common problem with these printers - a defect in the display unit: http://www.czc.cz/samsung-clp-300_3/55174/p...
