They focus on laser printers to assist you maximize page yield and are better when printing forms. Although the company started out making sewing machines, the Brother electronics manufacturer has grown to become one of the biggest names in the printer industry. The best Brother printers have carved out a space in the printer market because of their affordability and ease of use. If you need a printer that produces high-quality results without spending too much, Brother printers are the best place to start.

They also have a couple of inkjet printers, so it is easy to add a splash of color to graphics. In general, Brother printers maintain a high print speed so that reports are available as quickly as possible. Choosing the right Brother printer for your needs will not be easy, as the brand’s popularity is such that there are so many models. Brother, one of the most respected names in the printer industry, has a wide range of products to cover all budgets and needs. This makes the task somewhat difficult. However, the best Brother printers are worth the effort, as they are among the brightest around. below we have mentioned the Best Brother Printers.

This is a relatively small multifunction device that can be safely placed on the desk along with the PC, as it is capable of printing on A3 paper. On photo paper, color photos are extremely bright and are printed cleanly in black and white. It is not the fastest duplex printer on the market, and the touchscreen is rather small, but it offers a nearly perfect balance of quality, performance, and functionality.

This four-in-one printer has well-organized internal cable management, an output speed of 22 pages, and a deep paper tray for 250 A4 pages. The attached app is very useful as it shows the amount of ink remaining. The printer has Ethernet and Wi-Fi ports, as well as Wi-Fi Direct if you prefer a wireless connection without a Wi-Fi router, many other models for small and medium-sized enterprises.

The gray plastic cube design could not be more practical, but at least Brother HL-L5100DN is relatively compact and can fit into a small office. The main tray can hold 250 pages, while the hinged front tray can hold an additional 50 sheets or envelopes and smaller paper sizes. Printed pages simply go into the open top tray.

The toner cartridge is removed by opening the front of the machine and pulling it out from the inside. This is a rather labor-intensive operation, so be sure to follow the printed and illustrated instructions. All the plastic parts look quite sturdy and the whole unit is reassuringly heavy. Aside from the wobbly front multifunction tray, there are some moving parts that can break.

The MFC-J4335DW prints, scans, copies, functions as a stand-alone fax machine, and allows faxing from the computer using the Brother Fax application or a driver that allows faxing from almost any Windows program. Paper handling for printing is suitable for most small offices, home offices and personal use. The 150-sheet input tray is complemented by a manual feeder that allows letterhead or other specialty sheets to be loaded one at a time.

Like most printers today, the MFC-J4335DW offers automatic two-sided printing. Brother indicates a recommended duty cycle of 250 to 2,000 pages per month. However, unless you plan to refill the paper tray every few days, 150 pages per week or about 600 pages per month is a realistic maximum. If you print much more than that, you will probably need a higher capacity printer.

Brother HL-L2370DW is a simple black and white printer. Its functions are limited in that it does not print in color and does not have a color printing system. a Document Scanner. However, it is excellent for what it is designed for, which is to print simple black and white documents quickly and economically. It uses a single black toner cartridge with a remarkably high page yield.

The cartridges are also not too expensive, so the cost per print is very low. However, since the drum unit is separate from the cartridges, you may need to buy a replacement drum unit. Also, before choosing a basic black-and-white printer, make sure that you do not need to print in color or scan documents.

The Brother MFC-L3770CDW is an excellent color laser printer for the home or small office, but it can also be used for other purposes. It has excellent build quality that should last for years, and its input tray can hold a large amount of paper, making it a better choice for large print jobs. It prints quickly and does not take too long; however, it is not the best choice for photo printing, as color accuracy is rather poor and the cost per print can increase significantly if printing in large quantities.

However, it should satisfy those who print primarily in black. Brother MFC-L3770CDW is also very versatile, with an adjustable 250-sheet paper tray. And like any wireless printer, it has Wi-Fi connectivity. Two-sided (duplex) printing is also a very useful feature. However, it appears that some of Brother’s most recent firmware updates have disabled the toner cartridge reset function.

The Brother MFC-J805DW All-in-One is quite small, with dimensions of 17.1 x 13.4 x 7.7 inches. It weighs just under 20 pounds, making it easy to carry. The control panel offers many dedicated buttons, 11 in total, as well as a four-way control and a 10-button pad. It can be rotated about 45 degrees for easy operation.

The color display is small (1.8 inches) and is not touchscreen. This gives the MFC-805DW a slim appearance that lacks the elegance of a large color touchscreen, although the physical buttons are probably more reliable than the virtual buttons on many touchscreens.

The MFC-L3770CDW and its relatives are not true laser printers. They do not use a traditional laser device to tell the printer where to apply toner to the paper, but LED arrays that are smaller and cheaper than their laser counterparts. This means that the devices are smaller, lighter and cheaper to produce.

LED printers are now widely available, but they behave like laser printers, at least from the user’s point of view. If you follow recent trends, some of the newer models are the same size and price as their traditional laser counterparts. With its dimensions of 14.5 x 16.1 x 18.7 inches (HWD) and weight of 47.8 pounds, the HL-L3290CDW is not exactly as petite as most of its competitors.

The Brother MFC-L2710DW is a black and white laser printer intended for those who print only in black. Like most laser printers, it prints quickly and its single cartridge can provide a good number of pages, which is better for offices that frequently print in large quantities. However, the fact that the printer cannot print in color is a major limitation, so the choice must be well thought out.

The scanner has good features, but the lack of a duplex scanner is a bit disappointing, as scanning duplex documents takes a long time. Photo printing is not recommended, as printed photos look terrible. Overall, this is an excellent printer, as long as you only print in black.

Like most office-oriented Brother devices, the MFC-J5945DW looks like a large block of gray plastic. The footprint is substantial, especially when you pull out the rear multipurpose paper tray and expand the front paper tray for A3 sheets.

The scanner deck cover is also quite bulky, as it houses a 50-sheet automatic document feeder (ADF). The compartment for the four ink cartridges also protrudes a few inches from the front of the device. Overall, the MFC-J5945DW takes up some desk space, but it is still smaller than a laser device that offers all these features.

For being such an inexpensive laser printer, this print-only device is suitable for the home office or small and medium-sized business (SME). It has enough paper space (250 sheets) and comes with enough toner for 1,000 black-and-white and 1,000 color pages. To be fair to the price, the features have been scaled down a bit. So don’t expect a touchscreen, a USB host port or an NFC module.

However, it has all the most important functions. It can print automatically on both sides and has a dedicated button to retrieve private print jobs on the device. It prints in color as fast as it prints in black and white (24 pages per minute) and does it very well. Brother HL-L3230CDW passed all our tests with flying colors and no jams.

The dark gray and black casing is unashamedly cuboid, with only a hinged paper holder at the top front interrupting the lines. The single-line LCD display is supported by a simple but effective control panel next to the paper output tray. The main paper tray, which holds up to 250 sheets, pulls out from the lower front.

There is also a multipurpose tray that can hold an additional 50 sheets of special media, such as envelopes, and which opens above the main tray. Additional compartments for 250 or 520 sheets are optionally available. Oddly enough, the paper level indicator built into the front of the tray is not easy to read, as its color is too similar to that of the rest of the enclosure. This is not a serious problem, but it is if your office prints a lot.

Brother printers is a well-known brand that offers practical and efficient business solutions with its series of printers. Brother printers produce the best prints because of their technology. Due to their high print quality, they are very popular among the graphic designers. They usually produce robust, well-made printers with high page yields at an affordable price, and their ink or toner cartridges need to be replaced less often.
