Tinsukia: On Saturday, a businessman filed a complaint with the police about Indian e-commerce company Snapdeal, claiming that it sold duplicate products at the Tinsukia Sadar Police Station in the Tinsukia District of Assam.

When scanning the product, the software prompts that it is a duplicate," Jain said, adding, "They cheat thousands of customers every day, but the irony is that no one comes forward."

According to sources, the Tinsukiya police have opened a case under Article 420 of the Indian Criminal Code and are investigating the matter.
